“I don’t think the federal government can legislate morality,”

Through the lens of experience regarding the federal courts, Rosen adds:

 “We need to have three independent branches [of the federal government], and we don’t. . . . That’s really unhealthy.”

The discussion focuses on the following topics:

• Whether federal legislation is needed on social issues like race, gender, and abortion
• Immigration
• Politics in Georgia, which is one of the swing states
